Pets Forever Cremations operates in a sensitive category. Families are often searching for help during a difficult moment, so visibility and reassurance have to work together. Getting someone to a website is only useful if the information helps them understand their options and feel comfortable making contact.
Our ongoing work covered the website, search optimisation, Google Business Profile and social content. The task was to keep those parts working together, with useful information and a consistent presence rather than isolated updates.
02 / THE CHALLENGE
Make the business easier to find, without losing the care.
The marketing needed to connect relevant local searches with a compassionate service experience. Search optimisation could not come at the expense of clear language, and regular content needed to support trust rather than pressure people to enquire.
03 / THE STRATEGY
Connect discoverability with reassurance.
The strategy put search visibility and useful website information at the centre. People looking for pet aftercare need a relevant result and a clear explanation of what happens next. On-page improvements help the website communicate its services; Google Business Profile gives people another route to discover and contact the business.
Content across the website and social channels supported that same relationship. The aim was a recognisable, active presence that families could look into before making a decision.
04 / WHAT WE DID
STRATEGY, IN PRACTICE.
01
Improve the website’s search presentation.
We updated the site’s meta descriptions and continued on-page SEO optimisation. The purpose was to make the service information clearer in the places people encounter it, from the search result to the website.
Update meta descriptions across the website.
Continue website and on-page SEO improvements.
Keep service information understandable and relevant.
02
Support local discovery.
Google Business Profile management formed part of the ongoing programme. This connects local search visibility with an accessible business profile and a direct route to an enquiry.
Maintain the Google Business Profile.
Support the profile with scheduled content.
Review whether the visibility is producing relevant enquiries.
03
Keep the business consistently visible.
Content was scheduled across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn. Each channel supported a broader presence, rather than treating a single social post as the entire marketing strategy.
Schedule content across the four confirmed platforms.
Support website content alongside the social programme.
Maintain a respectful tone suited to pet aftercare.
05 / THE BUSINESS LOGIC
Visibility that leads to a real conversation.
The reported signal was practical: Google Business Profile was generating good enquiries for the targeted searches. That connects the visibility work to customer interest, rather than treating posting volume or impressions as the result.
A compassionate website then supports the next decision. People can review the service and approach before contacting the team. Search, content and the website play different roles in the same journey.
06 / THE OUTCOME
Relevant enquiries from local search.
By the September 2026 update, Google Business Profile was reported to be generating good enquiries for targeted keywords. Website optimisation and scheduled content continued as part of the ongoing service.
Delivery and the qualitative enquiry outcome are based on Joshua Reti’s project updates. No before-and-after lead totals, revenue uplift or percentage growth have been supplied.
